To the right area few various responses from what became a progressive attempt to seek help outside the VA. Many had no impact aside from recommendations I had tried long before they were given to me, many showed a clear lack of interest or concern. A lot more to come for this section, but this is a good place to start. Near the bottom of the first list are the few written correspondences with Congressman Mike Conaway. Representative Conaway’s office had worked closest with me on various VA issues for about two years, and many thanks are owed on my part for such a job well done for the scope of what they could do. Without their help I would not have been able to get even half the appointments I did, my medications would have never been sent on time if at all, and two doctors from the San Angelo Clinic that were replaced might still be practicing medicine there and going about their medical malpractice with more Disabled Veterans. |

| On the left is a series of correspondences from Senator John Cornyn and responses he has received from the VA on my behalf. His office was quite vigilant to a point as to the actual claim process and making sure the VA got on track. The process the VA uses to complete claims is confusing at least, irresponsible at best. Using a vast knowledge of the rules and regulations seemingly unobtainable from the VA by Veterans, his office was able to make recommendations that saved more time than any call or information I would have been able to come up with independently. I posted more of these due to the responses his office was able to receive from the VA. There are many parts which directly conflict with other statements made by the VA. From leaving information out to putting false information in, the VA has tried desperately to cover its tracks on all of the mistakes documented within the past four years as to my claim and appeals. Later I will make sure I go thru and point out, possibly compare and contrast document for document and make sure it is clear where the VA is lying. |
