*****Under Construction*****

Currently rated at 0%. Problems occurring post service due to the stress of spine, hips and left knee disabilities. Consistent limping, years of support on a cane and the added pressure from “being the good knee” have already taken a heavy toll. With no consistent or proper physical therapy or medical treatments, with consistent denials for a knee brace or back brace to help take the pressure down, and with no assistance in everyday living other than what my wife can provide, I have ended up with times when the pain in my right knee is worse than the left.

Due to the preoccupation with VA retaliation and tiring attempts merely to have base disabilities properly rated, I have not even attempted to start a claim yet or even brought up this point with the VA. I figured why bother until I can at least get the VA to properly recognize the blatantly obvious injuries they themselves provided the evidence for. Maybe I have been wrong for procrastinating this long on this injury, but either way it is a problem and it needs to be addressed.
